In close cooperation with our specialists within M&A, we also plan and conduct employment law due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and we advice on all aspects of the Danish Act on Employees' Rights in the event of Transfers of Undertakings.

Assisted by our tax specialists, we advise on incentive schemes for both management and employees (warrants, employee share programmes, bonus schemes, etc.), choice of scheme and its structuring and implementation.
