Daniel primarily works within the area of employment law. During the course of several years, he has provided specialist advice to businesses, professional bodies and trade unions, managers and employees. Moreover, Daniel has litigated a number of cases concerning disputes based in employment law before the civil courts, the Danish Labour Court, and various administrative tribunals.
Daniel is very experienced in the drafting of employment contracts for both salaried employees and directors, termination and summary dismissal of employees, the drafting of HR policies, in providing advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, collective redundancies and the application of employment contract clauses as well as cases concerning contraventions of the Danish Equal Treatment Act and other non-discriminatory legislation arising from the employment, termination or dismissal of an employee.
