Michael is mainly engaged in labour law. For several years, Michael has provided advice to companies, unions, managers and employees within this area of specialisation. Furthermore, Michael has conducted many cases at the district court and the High Courts which has given him extensive litigation experience.
Michael has extensive experience within drafting of agreements for employees and managers, termination and instant dismissal of employees, employee rights in connection with the transfer of a business, collective redundancies as well as cases concerning violation of the Equal Treatment Act and other discriminatory legislation occurred in connection with employment, termination or instant dismissal of an employee.
