Carl Erik is primarily engaged in board duties in several companies, and in company transfers / M&A. His combined law/finance degree makes him a preferred advisor to managements and boards of directors, and he has great experience in preparing strategies, and management at both operational and tactical level. Furthermore, he possesses great knowledge within commercial law, corporate law and contract law.

Through his work as a lawyer and several years as executive assistant and CEO at a larger Danish export group Carl Erik is a skilled negotiator.

Teaching and publications

Carl Erik gives lectures and teaches at seminars concerning board duties, i.a. financial institutions at the Danish Finance Sector Education Centre (in Danish: Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenter).
