Profile

Rune is engaged within Danish and EU competition law. He has extensive experience within advising Danish and foreign enterprises on all matters pertaining to Danish and EU competition law matters, including also the formation of business agreements, cases concerning criminal liability for infringement of competition law as well as merger control. Moreover, Rune has a thorough knowledge of air transport, railway transport as well as the distribution of medicinal products.

Rune is recommended in Legal 500 in the areas EU and Competition as "dedicated, client-focused" and "trusted legal adviser."

As one of two Danish lawyers, Rune is ranked on Chambers Europe's particular "Europe outstanding up and comers 2014" list, where a source describes him as "always on the case and very quick".

Again in 2015 Rune is recommended in Chambers Europe rankings as 'Up and Coming' within Competition/European Law. According to a client Rune delivers: "very clear direction and very reliable advice."

Teacher of competition law and international contracts as well as the code of conduct for lawyers. Teacher at the Danish Institute for IPR Training. Rune is the author of a number of articles on competition law aspects.
